Summer is coming to an end....BOO!

Alisha went to Camp Wapogassett in Amery, WI. Tony and I both went there as kids...she had a blast & was gone an entire week! She attended girl scout camp thanks to all of you cookie buyers...as well as completed swimming lessons. She also participated in a transition program geared towards getting kids ready for summer school. She met lots of fun kids and a few teachers that she will likely cross paths with in middle school.


Camden practiced pushing Mom's buttons and seeing how much he could accomplish as a 2 year old....truly, he just blossomed and proved that he is an individual who is very stubborn (wonder who he gets that from). We spent quite a few visits at the chirproactor treating his allergies with an alternative method called NAET. I am happy to say it was successful!!! And he has had NO Ear Infections for 4 months!!! Yipee! That is huge! The potty training thing...not interested.


Tony worked hard in Osseo and is gearing up for Lions Roar September 10th and 11th~ if anyone's interested. We will be attending the parade!



And I am gearing up for my 12th year of teaching....I don't really think I'm old enough to

have taught that long!

Hello! Well the Mortinson's are doing well.

Alisha just finished 5th grade. She is going to be in MIDDLE SCHOOL next year! Yikes!

Cam is almost 2 1/2....super fun! Seriously it is! Boys and girls are just VERY different!
Cam is all about dirt and worms and hitting....and Alisha...well she's a lot more mellow but oh more dramatic! Love them both. Are summer plans include...enjoying each day. No big plans, just hope to hit the beaches, make some play dates with friends....relax.

WEll..all good things must come to an end!

We are now back in the swing of things of School and Work!

Alisha started 5th grade and LOVES it!

She is so excited to have Ms. Carlson as her teacher.

Camden is giving his daycare lady a run for her money...taking off his diaper during nap time, and all kinds of creativity!!

Mom is adjusting to an earlier start time...but so far so good!

Dad is enjoying working the day shift and having more time at night to be with the family!!

Well...it's been awhile. Thankfully since my last post the snow has melted and we have begun to enjoy the signs of SPRING!
The kids are growing like crazy and Tony and I are enjoying hanging out and experiencing life with the kids.

Camden's 1st sleepover party

About a month ago, Camden had his first sleepover party. His cousin Durant came to spend the night and Camden thought it was pretty cool. We had pizza, lots of puff corn and apple juice. They enjoyed playing cars, taking a tubby and watching "Horton Hears a Who". Thanks Durant for being such a great big cousin...We love you!

Winter Fun

I am SOOO thankful that it is 30 above zero now versus the 30 below zero temperatures we experienced earlier this winter. The kids have enjoyed sledding and skating in the "warm" weather. Ha! But it has been fun!
